Cellular Education was founded to as a means to inform educators about the lessons learned through several Action Research projects conducted by our founder, Victor Fitzjarrald. Out of his research (which was collected over several years) truths emerged about our educational institutions and teaching as a profession. In order to continue to convey the information gained in these studies this website was born.
Cellular Education is primarily focused on consulting with Teachers, Administrators, and IT personnel to increase the use and effectiveness of wireless devices in Elementary and Secondary classrooms.
In order to facilitate our primary goal, Cellular Education offers trainings, consultations, and support to Educational Personnel worldwide. Our services are primarily web-based and allow Educators to receive Certifications through The Cellular Education University in a variety of web and technology based instruction.
